In some salons the shampoo girl is paid by commission according to the specific service for example: Each Shampoo/conditioning = $3 - $5, setting hair = $7, applying chemical or color (if authorized) $10....ect. Usually, this type of pay scale is found in booth rental environments. some make minimun wage
and some work on comission. just call around.
im sure you can find a good place.
totally depends on the salon... could just be min. wage or it can go up depending on how NICE the salon is i think
